Food Processing Expo 2017 was a huge success with more than 2,500 participants in the two-day event held February 8-9 at the Sacramento Convention Center.

news-food-processing-showAndrea Marr, VP of Energy Services and Brent Beckwith, Account Executive hosted a Regatta booth at the Expo.  Regatta featured cogeneration and microgrid solutions for food processors who are focused on high operational efficiency and sustainable practices.   The day prior to the Expo, a first-time Food Processing Workforce Summit was well attended and featured an interactive forum providing information and guidance for food processors on a variety of human resource issues facing the industry. Expo workshops also attracted large audiences. Workshop topics included Finding a Co-Packer, Prop 65, Water Conservation and Preparing for Food Safety Audits.

Mark Gilbreth, Chief Technology Officer of Regatta Solutions, will be presenting on Microturbine CHP Applications at the upcoming ACEE Lunch Meeting held at the Courtyard by Marriott – Sherman Oaks, Friday, October 17, 2014 from 11:45AM to 1:15PM.

Customers operating facilities with steam, hot water, or chilled water loads can increase energy efficiency and reduce energy costs implementing Combined Heat and Power (CHP) solutions. Mark’s presentation covers various topics to help engineers understand:
